We collect what you give us when you contact us, request service, create an account, rent a racecar, sign documents or buy from our shop. This includes:

• Name, email, phone number and mailing and shipping addresses.
• Vehicle details such as year, make, model, VIN and service history.
• Driver details for rentals and events, such as date of birth, license information, racing experience, emergency contacts and insurance.
• Signatures, initials and documents or photos you upload.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

• To provide service, rentals, event support, builds and orders you request.
• To contact you about your requests, orders, reminders and account.
• To keep accounting records (including in QuickBooks) and meet legal, safety and insurance obligations.
• To improve our website and services.

We send emails related to your account, orders, service reminders and bookings. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you join our mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the business, such as payment processing, accounting, email delivery, hosting and shipping carriers. We may also share it with event organizers or insurers when needed for your booking, or when the law requires.

Your account data is protected by access controls. Only you and authorized DAS Sport staff can see your records. We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and accounting requirements.

You can view and update much of your information in your account. To request a copy, a correction or deletion of your data, email sales@dassport.com.

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart.
